I have photographed this beautiful boy every summer since he was born. He is so easy going and happy it's always a treat. The beautiful backdrop of Denia, on the Costa Blanca made for a great shoot with this lovely mama and her boy.

In the chaos and stress of the moments before a wedding, Miyuki turns to me and asks if I need anything to drink, and did I get a chance to go the beach this morning. She and Osamu are some of the most graceful and lovely people I have met in a long time, the kind of people you just want to take it and absorb. At their wedding I realized their family and friends are all reflections of their bright spirits. It was a personal, and special wedding with the couple's good friend officiating the outdoor ceremony up in the hills of Honolulu at the gorgeous Liljestrand House. Osamu is the perfect match for Miyuki, as her parents said at the reception, "because she chose him. " Miyuki looked perfect in a J. Mendel dress and Monolo Blahnik shoes. The event was flawlessly organized by Current Affairs with live music by Ian O'Sullivan.
