Getting married on the shores of Lake Michigan has to be one of the most special ways for a girl to get hitched when you're from where we are. Kelly and I have been friends since we were tweens and used to ride our horses on these same shores and drink buttershots to stay warm on epic sledding adventures on the dunes nearby. Enough about me. I loved Joel since the moment I met him and was so happy when they asked me to photograph their Michigan wedding in May. It's great to see somebody as in love with VW vans and Michigan summers as Kelly is. Kelly is also a master seamstress and florist and make some great DIY touches for the party. I love you both so much and wish you all the best. xoxoox Megan

Tuesday, 05 July 2011 09:04Our dear dear friends Doug and Sarah welcomed little Edith into the world last year and Megan got a chance to hang out with them back in May. We are looking forward to spending lots of time with this beautiful family again this summer. Isn't Edith just a babe?
