I wanted to share a photo from the latest wedding I photographed on Ibiza. Frances and Justin are an amazing couple and thanks to them I had the chance to fall in love with the island of Ibiza, which I had previously imaged full of British teenagers listening to techno music on the beach with glow sticks. Turns out it's a magical place full of well preserved natural beauty and lots of happy, spirited people. I will share more from our trip and of this beautiful couple soon.

Last month we had the pleasure to enjoy what this area is famous for, the Mediterranean and paella, with some of our great friends. Melissa and Marcos stopped in from Miami and our favorite madrileños, Lucia, Paloma, and Juan. Vicent made a paella to kick off their stay followed by a hike to the top of the stunning Penyal d'Ifac in Calpe. Then we headed to the interior for some rock climbing.

Kireei Magazine has published their second edition and Vicent did the cover illustration. Mira porque hay mas de lo que crees en estas nubes de papel. I did a photo shoot for the print edition with Touchemoa clothing. You'll have to get the magazine -- (it looks beautiful!) to see the full layout but I have posted some of my favorite images.

Vicent helped out the other day on a shoot at the beach where his sole responsibility was to take care of a bunch of exercise equipment. Has anybody in Ibiza seen our ball?
Life with Kalaii
Wednesday, 11 April 2012 11:29Four months ago we welcomed this little adorable little baby to the world. The ultimate muse. I don't know how to express the pure joy and love he has brought us.
He had this dark hair and skin like his dad. So tiny. Now he has a beautiful bald head, and just keeps getting bigger and funnier. Vicent and I took him to the beach with Birdie a couple of weeks ago.

Monday, 02 April 2012 12:10Things are pretty quiet around here, for now. We are enjoying the calm that will soon explode into summer, travel, work, work, work, and all with a baby. I can't wait. It's going to be great. I've had a bit of time between diaper changes to review lots of photos from this year. I will try to post more often these little moments from here and there.

I know it's mid-March and I am doing a year re-cap blog entry. Yikes! Next year I'll do better... speaking of which, 2012 is going to be (already is) a great year and I am looking forward to all of our couples getting married in Spain, Ibiza, and in the US.
Country Cottage with Friends

When Vicent told me he had a project meeting with the Naturadora and Takataka in a country cottage in Benissa I told him I was going with baby Kalaii. They are some of our favorite people on both a personal and professional level. Vicent is so fortunate to be able to work on these fantastic projects with such inspiring people, and I am so lucky they let me crash their business lunches and hang out.
